Salon Policies

Late Arrival:  If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule all or part of your services so that it does not interfere with clients who arrive on time. In addition, if you are 10 or more minutes late and your appointment must be rescheduled, you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment service price.

Cancellation:  We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance so that we can provide the open appointment time to clients on our waiting list. If you do not cancel 48 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service price.

No Show:  If you do not cancel with a 48 hour notice, you will be subject to our cancellation policy. If you no-show on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booked service price. If you no-show three times, we will ask that you walk-in or call for appointments rather than book them in advance.

Credit Card On File:  In order to book appointments, we will require a credit card on file. In the event that you no-show, are late for your appointment, or do not cancel within 48 hours, your credit card will be charged accordingly. We accept all major credit cards.

Supervised Children:  Though we welcome children of all ages, we do ask that they be supervised, at all times, for their own safety and for the safety of other clients. We ask that all of our clients are able to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing salon experience.
