If for any reason a client is dissatisfied with the service that has been provided through Dino Palmieri Salon and Spa, we offer all guests the opportunity to return to the salon for a complimentary correction service. The service must be scheduled within two weeks (14 days) from the date of the original appointment. In addition, the service will be scheduled with the stylist who initially provided the service. Upon the occasion that the stylist is unavailable for the desired appointment date and/or time, our Managers and Front Desk Leads will assist guests in selecting another stylist that is fit to execute the desired style, color, or cut.
